Here, you will find all the information you need for a carefree vacation with us at Hotel Zangerl in Ischgl.
All quoted prices are per person per night excluding local tax (€3.00 per person per night). For the apartment, the prices are valid for the whole apartment depending on the occupancy, excluding local tax (€3.00 per person per night).
Breakfast is included in the room price. If you wish, you can also add breakfast to your apartment reservation or use our bread service.
You can pay for your booking in advance by bank transfer; alternatively, you can pay on site in cash, by debit card, or by credit card up to one day before departure at the latest.
We ask you to transfer the deposit as described in the booking confirmation.

For bookings of up to 3 nights, we charge a short-stay surcharge of €4.00 per person per night.
Free parking is available directly at the hotel. If you arrive with an electric car, you can also use the e-charging station of our Pension Zangerl next door.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the entire building.
Of course, the use of our small wellness area is free for our hotel guests.
We have a ski cellar including ski boot heating, where you can safely store your equipment. The next morning, you can slip into comfortably warm ski boots.
Upon request, your four-legged friends are also welcome in our building.
Cancellations are only accepted in writing.
Up to 3 months before arrival, we do not charge a cancellation fee.
Between 3 months and 1 month before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 40% of the booking.
Within one month and one week before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 70%.
In the last week before arrival, we charge 90% of the booking.

Your room is available at 3 PM on the day of arrival. If you plan on arriving after 7 PM, we ask you to let us know by telephone.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10 AM.
Even at the most beautiful time of the year, something can always happen. Therefore, we recommend that you take out travel insurance under https://www.europaeische.at/.
For the final cleaning of the apartment, we charge a one-time fee of €75.
